Jyväskylä is a university city of 130 000 inhabitants in the middle of Finland. There is 23. Heart of Finland chess tournament 8-14.7.2013, which will be played in 9 rounds according to Swiss system. The tournament is ELO-rated and there is possible to reach FIDE title norms.The Venue is like last year Harju building of of Jyväskylä College in the city-center Sepänkatu 3.
